We champion the opportunity to creatively repurpose ingredients and materials that otherwise would be thrown away. For our banana peel rum, we take aged Caribbean rum, previously used to flavour whisky barrels, and infuse it with an extract from discarded banana peels to create a deliciously rich and unique flavour.
