slow-motion videos of fast action. Plus, there’s F-Log and F-Log2 available for extending dynamic range.

One issue with the ISO dial is that you can only see a small section of it through a window in the shutter speed dial. That window and the setting marker move when the dial is lifted and rotated, so you have to look around the shutter speed dial to see the ISO value, and sometimes that value isn’t the right way up for easy reading.Externally, the X100S is almost the same as the X100 but there are some important differences on the inside. Firstly, the sensor makes a jump from 12.3-million-pixels to 16.3MP but, more significantly, there’s also a change in the chip’s design with the use of Fujifilm’s X-Trans CMOS II sensor. Acros—Based on the popular B&W film, this monochrome mode has a distinct tonality and graininess and can be used along with Yellow, Red, and Green contrast filter effects

Using the AR-X100 and PRF-49 together make the X100VI weather-resistant. The combination confidently repels dust, moisture, and temperatures down to -10°C (14°F) , so you can keep creating in more challenging conditions.Featuring the world’s first hybrid viewfinder the Finepix X100 is aimed at the professional or keen enthusiast seeking exceptional picture quality. Generally, the controls on the rear of the camera work well although some may find the rotating D-pad rather fiddly to use and the small central Menu/OK button is so tiny and almost flush with the body that you have to use a fingernail to press it. Another bugbear is that the AF button has to be depressed while the D-pad is used to select the AF point.
