THE PROCESS - Distilled using English Winter Wheat with water from the snow-covered Himalayas. Some of the purest on earth.
ON THE PALATE - lovely, elegant nose with vanilla, fresh linen, whey and a bit of clotted cream, together with toast and fresh grains. A sweet start followed by nice, smooth and creamy mid- palate and a dry and soft finish.
HOW TO DRINK - The bold ad rich flavour makes it ideal for amplifying cocktails, but also smooth enough to sip neat for an intense experience.
