About this deal
The grapes come from an area on the right bank of the Po, south of Lombardy, the soil features sedimentary soils with marls made up of limestone and fine clays
Color and Appearance: Brilliant, pale pink colour, fine and persistent perlage
Bouquet: Intense, complex, elegant, characterized by floral scents and dominated by fruity notes, among which blackcurrant and wild strawberry stand out
Taste: Fresh, delicate, velvety and with excellent structure; marked body and balanced with acidity, it has a good retro-olfactory persistence
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, thanks to its versatility it is an excellent wine for the whole meal. It pairs very well with legume-based dishes and rice or quinoa salads with seasonal vegetables, in particular, it is excellent in combination with tasty risottos with vegetables, savory pies, chickpea hummus with crudites, roasted or sautéed vegetables with soy and sesame sauce, borlotti or cannellini bean salads. It is also pleasant as an after-dinner drink
